Delivery Policy

Please read our Delivery Policy.

The main thing to bear in mind is that all our products are created after an order is received, so that they can be customised to the exact requirements you requested when ordering. As you can imagine there are a large number of combinations of choices available for your albums and album pages, so each order is unique to you.

This means that your order may be several days in production, and we ask that you anticipate that it will be up to 7 days before your order is ready to be despatched. The despatch time for smaller orders, which are not full albums, should be quicker. Rest assured that we will be working as hard as we can to get your order ready for despatch as quickly as possible.
